"Fantastic staff!"

I had an endoscopy yesterday and can’t compliment every single member of staff enough, from the receptionist to the nurses - all absolutely fantastic lovely people.

Big thank you to the member of staff who let me (crush) hold her hand all the way through my procedure without sedation and the nurse who actually did my procedure who kept me informed from start to finish. I suffer with bad anxiety and nearly didn’t get the procedure done but I managed it thanks to all the amazing people in this department. You all deserve a pay rise for what you do.
