All except 1 VERY rude member of the Nursing staff were Fantastic.
The other big let down was the Doctor doing the Sigmoidoscopy his Attitude towards me as a Patient was literally SHOCKING! Just because you're good at your Job does not make it acceptable to forget to talk to/explain and reassure yr Patient as the Previous Doctor did the last time I had this done, especially when ALL of the Staff around you are doing just that.
