"Accident and emergency brilliant"

Went to accident and emergency after a bad fall, I had heard that waiting times were not good, I can say from start to finish I received first rate care in A&E and with very little waiting around, the staff were very caring and I felt in safe hands, such a caring and dedicated department.

I was really scared when I got there and in a lot of pain too, I was supported and given pain relief. Thank you to the staff for getting me on my way quickly and efficiently and with such care and compassion too.
