"Referral"

Having been told on 2nd of February my husband would be referred for a memory test which would take about a month to get a appointment I was told yesterday day his referral letter did not go until 14th March 6 weeks after his appointment. When quetion about delay was told it was a normal time for none urgent referrals. It is now over 10 weeks since the original appointment and we have heard nothing. Not a very helpful situation.
