I'm 89 years old, since early in the year I have been receiving physiotherapy from Fiona out of the Largs Hospital. My GP was concerned over the falls I had at home, particularly as my skin is very thin and falls caused the skin to break and peel away. My GP suggested a course of physiotherapy might help. It certainly has.
Fiona has always been prompt with her appointments, has treated me with respect and dignity at all times and is a very special person. She gave me exercises to strengthen my legs and showed me how to move around the house more safely by using supports. The exercises were not easy at first but with perseverance I have managed to build up strength and have not had any falls since then.
I should add that over the years I have had a number of different treatments through the NHS, they have always been fantastic.
