"1st appointment for thyroid cyst"

This was my first time at Stafford County Hospital and I was very wary after the bad press, but very unfounded.

Parking was very easy and a member of staff met us at main reception to show us where to go.

Reception staff at ear, nose and throat were helpful and friendly.

Didn't have to wait long, and the Specialist and his team were very friendly and professional.

I was told everything about what was going to happen, and my questions were answered fully.

I will not be worried about going again, when

I have to go for my neck biopsy..

Lovely hospital and staff.
