I happened to fall ill a 18 months ago and was taken to the Accident and Emergency Department at UHNM via ambulance due to Stafford A&E being shut. Additionally, at UHNM I could be treated in the Children's area due to being under 18. I found the staff to work extremely hard and the doctors, nurses and receptionists all treated me with respect and I felt as comfortable as possible.

I was also referred by the GP to the Children's department once again via ambulance earlier this year before I turned 18. Despite having to wait for a doctor for a couple of hours, I received an extremely high quality of care from both the doctors and the nurses that I saw, something which I will be forever grateful for.
