"Admin/ Management Shoddy"

I have been under King George's hospital for kidney stones and other conditions requiring scans. Every time a letter is sent out it goes to a previous address(a data breech) despite the fact that I have been assured my details have been updated on three occasions. My notes were lost (a data breech) resulting in me going back to the beginnig of a six month procedure/ waiting list. When calling the number provided the phone rings out without any answer or recorded message.

Different operators give conflicting information and ade sometimes robotic and unhelpful. I came in for a 10:30 operation but the Theatre Matron mismanaged the list and so I did not receive my operation until the 18:00. I was not informed about the delay and had been fasting since the day before - I have another medical condition which made this dangerous and the medical team were aware of this but did not inform me of the delay until I complained. The sister on the ward was extremely rude to a member of my family and clearly did not care about my predicament. The PALs representative did not come back as she promised. All of these problems come from management down as therewere issuesin every department I came into contact with.
