"Competent, caring and clean"

What I liked

Had my wisdom teeth removed this morning at Beynon Centre. All the staff were competent, warm, friendly, caring... the ward was exceptionally clean the the hospital-employee cleaner was very thorough. All the nursesbpaid excellent attention to infection control procedures.

What could be improved

More information about expected surgery time as one poor guy got in at 7.30 am like me but hadn't been seen at 2.30 when I left.

Anything else?

Thank you for the care you have provided me during my first experience as a patient in hospital (I am only 28).
