What I liked
my elderly mother recieved treatment and i could not fault the staff at all. the hopital envoironment was clean and bright and staff caring and attentive.
What could be improved
our introduction to broomfield hospital was rather off putting to begin with. we found the signage for disabled parking poor as were the directions from the car park to department. when we needed to cross the road there was no drop kerb for the wheel chair.
