I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

We’ve lived in the area for nearly 20 years and have taken advantage of the practice for all that time.

We have always found it easy to make appointments and found both the Clinical and Administrative staff to be friendly, helpful, supportive, honest and importantly practical.

Of late I have had cause to require your services more frequently, both my Son and I have needed urgent appointments and again we have got these with ease.

One Nurse has encouraged me to stop smoking which I have now done, Thank you for your persistence, patience and humour.

I recently saw another Nurse and she was very supportive and efficient.

Yesterday I saw a Dr who not only was great to talk to and clearly explained stuff but also took the time to let me know today that I had left my headphones in her office. Above and beyond the call of duty.

The team has been able to advise on how to get things done as quickly as possible when it comes to bloods and tests with their practical approach.

Your surgery is a credit to the national health service across the board, from its appearance, cleanliness, friendly and helpful reception, exceptional clinical professionals and communications.
