What I liked
On visiting the Ophthalmology Out Patients Dept on 10-08-11 I was very impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and total professionalism of all the staff I had contact with.
Special mention should be made to the Opthologist and the Doctor involved who gave me as thorough examination as could be expected enabling me to leave very satisfied with the results.
In this day and age when the N.H.S. is repeatedly criticised I have to say I have no complaints at all at Hinckley Health Centre on this occassion and some twelve months previously with a different problem and was treated equally as well.
