"Wonderful experience"

My children are seen under the children and adolescent services, community paediatrics. I have 2 children under this care with another being referred. They were all being seen under different Drs. Now they are all under the care of the same Consultant and I cannot thank her enough for her time and care.

At no point has she made me feel like it's my fault or my parenting. She is kind and caring and ensures that no matter how much we run over our time slot, that we are given the time we need to discuss out concerns. She also speaks to my children rather then at me. She treats them with respect and does not make them feel patronize at all.
