On 4th April 2018 I had a full hip replacement at this hospital, from the time I saw the consultant until the day of the operation I could not have been treated better, if I was on the phone and they said they would ring me back they did. I was admitted at 6-30 am and at pre-op was attended by a lovely nurse who was on my ward, sometimes from 6-30am until 8pm, always with a smile nothing seemed to be any trouble but all staff were excellent. My surgeon and staff visited the ward twice in the 2 and a half days I was in this great hospital. Food and choice were good.

Thank you all staff from Admin and cleaners to Doctors who make this hospital tick. It's daunting going into hospital but these people make it less so.
