"Why have the rules changed"

About: Guernsey House / Primary care addiction service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as a service user),

I'd like the service to alter waiting times - so they're not as long.

Why have they changed bringing ID for bus fares to every six weeks instead of 13 weeks?

Thanks for taking the time to post about your experience at Guernsey House.

We haven't changed the rules with regard to getting your travel expenses reimbursed - to claim you need to bring written proof of the benefits you receive and a receipt for your journey. The proof of benefit must be no more than three months old to be accepted. Sorry about the confusion.

We are doing everything we can to keep waiting times as low as possible whilst remaining flexible in order to look after clients who unexpectedly need longer with the doctor. We ask all of our clients to be understanding about this. If you are in a position to, you will find that booking one of the first appointments at the start of the session (morning or afternoon), reduces the chances of you being delayed waiting for the doctor.

Wishing you all the best with your treatment.
