About: Rampton Hospital / National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women

(as the patient),

I  use all   the clinical team  The consultant  named nurse, psychologist except the Social worker. and i guess I see them all about once a Month..  My  clinical team have  helped me to recover with Therapy work EMDR.  I would like  more help around Substance misuse. I am confident in making a complaint if needed I dont feel connected to the Hospitals main Patient council.

Thank you for the positive feedback you have given in relation to how you work with your Clinical Team. I will ensure that this feedback is circulated with your Clinical Team. With regards to work around Substance Misuse could you discuss this with your Named Nurse so it can be discussed in your Ward Round?

I am sorry to hear that your experience of the Patient Council is not as good as it could be. Is there anything we can do to help you feel more connected? Again can this be discussed with your Named Nurse, who will then feedback to me.
