"Cleanliness and care park costs"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

I don't think the lifts are cleaned on a regular bases people using the lifts to go to level 2 with bone marrow issue have to travel with people carrying other  virus, this can not be right. I want to take this matter to the highest level in the nhs including my mp. also I think the parking fees need to be looked into/as I arrived with my wife in A&E to my amazement I was there for over 4 hrs before being seen i.e after several hrs the parking. How can you charge 4hrs for waiting in acc/emergency when you have no choice, I think there should be a discount for hrs out of our control.
