"Blood test"

I have found this website extremely difficult to find what I am looking for

I really wanted to find an email address to raise a concern over the blood test my husband had at Pilgrim hospital yesterday.

The man taking the blood was perfectly civil but gave the impression he really didn't want to be there. He had trouble getting the needle in and it seemed he was probing around hoping for a hit on the vein. This has left my husband with a bruise on his forearm approximately 2" x 3". He doesn't usually bruise to this extent and his arm is very sore. I have a photo I can provide, should you need it.

If you can provide me with a contact email I would be happy to go down that route.

I would like to say that he has had dealings in several areas of the hospital in the past and all staff have been absolutely brilliant both in out patients and on the wards. We have never experienced anything negative in the past.
