"Good experience all round"

Visited A&E today on referral by our local GP urgent care team.

My husband was suspected of suffering a stroke, without exception all staff we interacted with were absolutely supportive, reassuring and efficient. From arrival to diagnosis and issue of medication we spent approx 2.5 hours in the department and 80% of that time we were being attended to. No one left us alone without telling us what was happening and why.

The department was clean and welcoming and I have nothing but praise for all those we came into contact with. Thank you all.
