I wasn't originally going to leave a review because whilst the care following lung surgery was absolutely amazing - the food and room were like a 5 star hotel and the consultant / surgery team amazing - one of the nurses snapped at me the last day I was there and that was my lasting impression of the place. I had been told I would go home on the Thursday and I waited and I waited and when I went to the desk to enquire about it as I thought they had forgotten me this nurse bit my head off and snapped that somebody was coming, which completely deflated me. That is the last thing I remember about my stay there.

Although it is reassuring to hear your overall experience of our treatment and care was of a high standard, we are of course disappointed to hear that you were upset by your exchange with one of our nurses.
