About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary

What I liked

The healthcare assistants were very helpful and compassionate.

What could be improved

The Consultant/doctors couldve actually looked more indepth to try and fid a diagnoses rather than do one test and send me on my way and suggest that due to my age all should be well.I think the pain I was/am suffering clearly shows Im not ok.You would think they would understand this.Saw several different doctors but I think it was the consultant that had the least compassion and was just a case of getting another bed emptied

Anything else?

The nursing staff need to remember that patients maybe unwell and in pain but we are not deaf anfd we can hear you all complaining/discussing our personal home lives/looking at our history from our medical records.Dont judge a book by its cover, not everything is as black and white as it seems. And these were Staff nurses,I found the healthcare assistants to be more professional overall.
