"Three hour wait for nothing"

Was advised to attend this place by NHS 111 after falling badly on my wrist, with suspected scaphoid fracture.

After a three hour wait I was told that due to some administrative error I had lost my place in the queue and in any case, their radiographer had gone home so I would be unable to have an x-ray. Staff not at all apologetic. A complete waste of time. Go to a proper A&E instead - the wait time will be the same and they'll have staff and facilities to deal with you 24/7.
