What I liked

I attended for a surgical procedure. The kindness, consideration and first class professionalism shown by the consultant, her team, and supporting staff, was excellent. Staff were generally very friendly and informative, not to say tolerant of people like me, who a) tend to forget what they have been told, and b) don't always get everything right, first time!

All of this has helped to reduce stress and anxiety and improve the overall experience.

I must add a word for the people in the ENT clinic. Wonderful - that's the word! These delightful people have been treating me over the past few months, and have helped again today in relation to post surgery requirements. It's difficult to see how their service and patient care could be improved.

Thank you all so much. It's great to know that the NHS can and does deliver a top quality service in some hospitals.
