(as the patient),

I was referred by my doctor for a minor operation on my back. I used the DART service to book my appointment and spoke with a lovely, polite and helpful person, who gave me lots of choice in time and location for the appointment. I was seen at the clinic near Bristol airport 4 weeks after my initial appointment for the operation, which went really well.

I think DART is an excellent service. I was very pleased.
