What could be improved

This is an A&E but the waiting time is about 4 hours to be actually seen by a doctor. If at all you can wait that long. I have been to this place twice and the service has been the same. On my last visit I had to leave and go bare my agony at home. I am a pregnant lady with a pacemaker but this was no exception. I have never seen such a service. It is absolutely terrible that such a hospital even runs an A&e! Never again. I am moving areas so that my child can be born elsewhere where patient care is of uttermost importance!.
