staff always try to accommodate you in some form if an apt cant be done at that moment

doctors always push for answers and don't leave you to chase them and every time you leave the doctors its never with a frown its always with optimism and the empathy they have with you makes you always feel like your a person not a name on a prescription pad???

ive been here 22years from old to new buildings and visited many surgery's in a careers capacity and none come close to west heath surgery and all humans in my life comment how do you get that from your doctors or how did you get your doctors to do that as there's wouldn't do it or they wouldn't get that done????
