"disappointments after trying to get through for..."

Hi i have been part of this surgery ever since i was 10 . its been 13 years and i have never recieved such an awful service. the staff at the reception are very rude if asked questions. they give a very repulsive response. i have been calling them for the last 5 days regarding getting my injections done. they dont have a nurse available to do them for me , so the receptionist think its funny to play around and keep telling me to call back after half an hr or tomorrow. Firstly if you hve concerns you have to take it to the doctor and stop treating your patients like rubbish. Now thy hve told me to call back on monday so they can speak to the doc. the part thy ask if the gp sugery is giving u the advise you need for your health is a big no. no body cares in that surgery they just want you off their faces.
