"My experience of Weatheroak Medical Practice"

I have been a member of Weatheroak Medical Practice ever since I was born. Ever since the new doctor took over the surgery there has been a marked difference in the way the practice is run; and this is undoubtedly for the better.

This doctor fully refurbished the surgery when they took over. The surgery is in keeping with the style and decor of the modern era. Whilst this may not matter to some, I personally feel an environment which is clean, new and welcoming is extremely comforting; particularly when you are not feeling well.

This doctor is a warm and welcoming doctor. They are always happen to listen and you never feel unwanted. It is easy to get an appointment and even when they are busy if it is an emergency they always try to accommodate.

In addition, if you are unable to get an appointment or if like me you are always busy with work then the doctor operates a phone call service where they can be contacted by phone to discuss any queries or concerns. This is extremely comforting as you always know that your very own personal doctor is at the end of the line if and when you need them.

This doctor is a hard working person and I cannot praise both them and their support staff enough. On driving past the surgery in the evening I have on many occasions seen the light to their room on when everyone else has left; no doubt working and catching up with days work.

All in all this is a surgery that I would recommend to all. All of my immediate family are members of this surgery and I have not once heard any criticism of either the doctor or anyone else in the practice.

In a time when Doctors and for that matter most professionals are gone unappreciated I do feel that we should take the time out to thank those who put themselves out to help others. If is for this reason that I thought I would write a small note on this website. Perhaps it will encourage others to do the same.

We live in a time when we are quick to complain and to blame others but often don't find the time to thank others.

So thank you Dr and all of those who work at the surgery for all of your support and kindness. I hope that the practice continues to flourish for many more years to come.
