I have been a patient for over 40 years. Before my husband sadly passed away, when I required a Dr to visit him at home, the reception staff could not be more helpful, a visit was arranged with same GP on each visit, this provided good continuity of care. He was treated with such dignity and kindness. When he did pass away at home, the GP rang me and gave me so much support, I was very grateful.

At present I am looking after a neighbour, who is very frail and housebound. I am taking care of her prescription ordering. There are certain reception staff who have gone out of there way to me all the help needed to arrange for me to take care of this lady’s medical requirements without breaking any code of confidentiality. Without their help, this lady would no doubt have some difficulties doing this on her own.

Cannot thank both medical and none medical staff enough.
