(as the patient),

Arriving at the Urology Clinic at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy in an anxious state. I was immediately put at ease by the nurse dealing with my procedure. He explained what would take place and the reasons for the procedure and that he would talk through the results at the end of the diagnostic test

He was able to adjust the procedure to meet the particular circumstances occurring at that time. His reassuring manner and competence turned a potentially anxious experience into one that left me more relaxed about the outcome than I imagined.

Thank you Craig and may you continue to help others the understanding you showed me.
