About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Recently attended the fracture clinic and seen by a member of the consultants team but not the consultant. I have never experienced such arrogance / dismissive behaviour and a total lack of empathy or explanation as to my condition from a clinician.
