"The Hospital Staff Couldnt even locate the..."

About: Southend Hospital / Endocrinology

My Mother had an appointment at the same time as me ,It was a Disaster.

She booked in at a computerised screen as the Desk wouldnt take her booking even though her Letter had told her That was where she would need to Book In on the day . she was sent to be Weighed and her Urine sample tested, No One was there in room 41 where these were done . no one at all. We Waited for her Appointment number to appear on the screen, It Never Showed, the Receptionits at the desk tried to help, they could not locate ANYONE to do the Weighing or Urine Testing and then....They Also couldn't Locate the Clinic the Appointment was for , the Clinic should have been in a Certain Room ,they were Not there ,the Clinic had Moved. No One Knew Where !

The Screen showing Appointment numbers was showing the GP was Not in the Building and his clinic was running 90 mins late.....

Finally My Mother Bumped into the Missing GP who said the clinic was now over , she had missed the appointment , He had held the Clinic Elsewhere in the building BUT No One Knew Where that was.... It wasn't even on the Computer System.

She had waited ALL Morning for her Appointment that she never got,The GP took her to a room and sat her down to give her the Appointment but he dd nothing ,he didnt examine her , he didnt look at her file or talk to her about What was up with her health, he just said carry on taking the pills, without even doing anything. THIS was not an Appointment at the Endocrine Dept , this was a bored GP getting rid of a patient he didnt have time for .Utterly Disgusting Treatment and for a Hospital not to even know where a Clinic was being held was Outrageous !
