Visiting the Urinary clinic for many tests to look into my Bladder /Kidneys etc.. with Cameras,Scans,Dip Tests,Flow etc.. I was treated very kindly,friendly and entertained whilst I was kept waiting , The Wait wasnt very long but there was a TV on offer,magazines and a multitude of refreshments offered Tea,Biscuits,Sweets,Juice to drink,Water etc...
All of the Staff were professional but Chatty,Friendly and Jovial.
You were not left to feel nervous and alone,but welcomed and kept under observation .
I found them the very Nicest Clinic I have ever visited in the NHS. and I have visited many very friendly places .
