What I liked

I received excellent care at Pontefract and would be very happy to return, should I need to in the future. Staff were friendly, prompt and took time to explain the procedures carefully. I am totally satisfied with the care I received.

What could be improved

It's excellent as it is. I cannot think of anything that would need improving.
