What I liked

I believe all too often people complain but do not praise and that leads to a missleading view of a service.

I visited the hospital as an out patient needing support and advice and recieved a truly wonderful service from the Nursing Sister in the respatory section (Viv, I did not catch her second name). kind, considerate and nothing was too much trouble. She provided the best customer care I have ever recieved from a front line member of staff. I manage a service in the leisure industry with over 100 front line staff and I would gladly use her as an example of good practice.

I then went for blood tests, the staff there were very busy but still friendly and positive so all in all I can say a good experiance all round!

So eat your heart out BUPA this was what you call good service!

Well done!
