What I liked
The environment was clean and all the staff I dealt with were polite.
I was assisted to find the appropriate department when I looked lost however the signs were very clear.
There was plenty of car parking.
The length of time from my GP referral to the appointment was very quick.
What could be improved
I had an appointment at 09.00 however the first patient was not called in until 09.15. The Dr who saw me arrived at 09.15 and saw me promptly but this obviously has a knock on effect for the running time of the clinic and the waiting time of patients.
The reason the clinic did not start until 09.15 was the chat amongst the staff about what they had brought for lunch, what had happened the day before in the restaurant ......... hardly clinical talk!!
"pleasant"
