What I liked
My husband came in after a telephone call from the GP following a visit earlier in the day. The nursing staff were expecting my husband, and were extremely helpful. They explained what had and was going to happen fully. The doctor came within 1/2 hour and again explained what the next steps would be. I cannot praise all the staff enough. There was no waiting, no delays anywhere.
