You Can’t book appointments -they will always tell you that they are waiting for new appointments to be added to the system but you can try for an urgent appointment the next day. The screen in the waiting room says you can book appointments up to 6 months in advance but that doesn’t seem to be true in reality.
It Takes them ages to answer the phone no matter what time of day you ring expect to be on hold at least 20 minutes
They will ignore a massive queue at the reception desk
the people working on reception are rude and treat everybody like they are an inconvenience especially those collecting prescriptions.
When you eventually get to see or speak to a doctor they are lovely. They seem to genuinely care about the patients and getting the best care/treatment
