"Excellent treatment for bowel cancer at Burton"

I would personally like to thank Doctor Sverrisoottirs who has been superb with both me and my son who both have bowel cancer. I was transferred to Burton Hospital to see the doctor here as my son is also treated here.

I have also been in Ward 20 after a hip operation and all the staff were marvellous, they would not let me move out of bed or even put my foot to the floor. They tended to my every need and nothing seemed too much trouble to any of the nurses.
