I am amazed to read so many negative reviews of this practice. My experiences have been the complete opposite.
I have received excellent service and have been treated with respect and dignity always. I had a serious ongoing medical condition and have constantly been included in all treatment discussions etc. I have received enormous support-well over and above my expectations. All staff, both medical and support staff, have been polite, friendly and helpful and have treated me like an intelligent adult.
I would highly recommend this practice.
