Within 45 minutes after arriving at reception with a foot injury I was triaged and X-rayed.
After another 45 mins I was seen by a senior nurse who diagnosed a fracture and provided me with a temporary surgical boot.
I have to say how impressed I was by every one of the hospital staff involved during my visit who all treated me with frindliness, efficiency and professionalism.
