What I liked

after a bad experience with other parts of this hospital, I was not looking forward to my daughter giving birth to my first grandson here. But the team were amazing, Myself (mother)and her partner were with her all the way through, and the staff were very informative and helpful, especially a particular nurse, who went above and beyond her call of duty.

My daughter and my new grandson, both had problems during the birth, but the team never once lost their professional attitude, and stayed calm and kept us calm and we always felt they were in control of the siruation.

Thanks so much to you all, for my handsome and very healthy grandson.
