"Why do people moan"

im at a loss as to why so many negative comments, I visit the hospital regularly, for appointments and blood tests, yes it can be frustrating if you can’t park, but that’s because of how many patients the hospital has, I’ve never had a bad experience at PAH, staff have always been polite and helpful, I’ve never visited a hospital with an empty car park, if I did I’d be concerned !, people seem to forget that we don’t have to pay or have insurance like many countries, if you feel that the nhs isn’t good enough, pay, and go private..
