"Horrible experience"

I went into the practice with an ongoing issue, unfortunately my doctor wasn't available when I booked one month prior so I saw another GP.

This GP was dismissive from the outset and insisted that they should not be seeing me and that I should have booked to see my doctor. I was so embarrassed I didn't actually mention my issue to the doctor as it is very sensitive. They said I should only see my GP and not book appointments to see other doctors.

I went to the reception whom booked me in to see my doctor in a month. I am in alot of pain and can't go about my daily activities without some treatment moving forward.

This has been a terrible experience. What kind of doctors surgery is booked for a month and still takes on new patients?
