From the moment I arrived for my full hip replacement I was treated with total dignity and respect. Every member of staff were so.welcoming and friends. I had a side room which was lovely roomy and very clean.
The food was also amazing with a really good choice .The care I received before surgery was really satisfying and my mind was put at rest . The staff in the theatre were all so friendly and chatty and make you feel at total ease. Even in recovery there was smiles all around.once I got back on the unit I was cared for so well checked on every 20 to 30 minuted. Made.me feel assured I was in very safe hands. I really can not praise the hospital up enough for the care I received while I was there. Thank you to every member of staff that dealt with me.
