"I think the service changes are unfair"

About: Northlands Community Health Centre

(as the patient),

I really want to complain about the treatment I have received at Northlands. Since the recent changes I think the service is shocking. You can't talk to duty service unless it's urgent. I've been told not ring up now until I see my care co-ordinator. I think this is totally unfair.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience..

The duty service is still developing to the new model and does have to prioritise those in most need but I understand how its helpful to be able to speak to a member of staff for non urgent issues.

The Senior Operational Manager and Senior Practitioners are aware of your story and will be happy to meet with you or speak over the phone. Just ask for Naomi, Steve or Surinder. Alternatively when you next see your care coordinator ask them to arrange a time to speak to one of them.

Your views are really important to us and want to ensure we provide the best most effective care and support possible.

kind regards

Paul
