"Fantastic!"

Arrived with my Mum who suffers from dementia and had had a fall.

Was seen swiftly by triage, no queue at X-ray and then diagnosis given that she had broken her foot another 15 mins later.

All in all we were dealt with in less than 45 minutes ensuring it was the least stressful situation it could be for my mother... such gentle and caring staff... Wonderful people doing a difficult job on a busy Saturday afternoon.
