If you have a life & death - cardiology /breathing issue they are too bothered about their Minor Injuries Unit taking precedence , yet

Gloucester 's Rapid Access divert you to them & Central Booking who can't pick up the phone . Not only is there website is down ^ Rapid Access don't want to know about Devices not functioning unless GPs who say one thing at a time refer when have given our funds to their employers balancing the LAs books.

A 2 weekly policy re appts when not sorting out the Urgent is not appropriate.Nor is cream for oedema ?! They are too bothered dealing with urinary retention which appear to not know what it is .This Is downright dangerous!
