"Excellent care"

We have been with the surgery for over 3 years now and have always felt cared for and llstened to.

Yes sometimes it can be difficult getting through the reception and book appointments in a timeframe we would like but its an outcome of just how busy they are. Having said that, whenever there has been a truly urgent need or an emergency they have always accomdated us especially when it comes to our two young children. On a most recent occasion, our 7 month old little girl was unwell and the doctor was really thorough in her checkup and listened to our concerns with care and patience. She even went out of her way to call us up afterwards to check on the baby. We feel so lucky to be cared for by this surgery and want to give a shoutout to all the admin staff, nurses and doctors who work here. please continue your good work. THANK YOU!
