I visited the walk-in centre in Sheffield over the weekend, and although I had a long wait (was around 2 hours), I was pleased to see that although the centre was really busy (and obviously understaffed) the staff that were on duty were wonderful.
The young ladies on reception were very polite and helpful. The nurse I saw was also lovely and helpful.
The only bad thing about my experience was that there was a patient who was quite rude to the reception staff and a couple of patients whilst he was waiting. I would definitely like to see some sort of security in the centre and it did feel a little vulnerable, especially with the centre being open until 10pm every night.
Overral the experience was a good one and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I would definitely visit again if need be.
